(SCE) is pleased to provide the following Contract Amendment to our proposal sent to your office dated May 3, 2018 for engineering services associated with Lafayette Park. This Contract Amendment is to include plans and specifications for the above refenced project. Our scope of services and fee to complete this portion of the project is included below for your review and approval. Scope of Services As requested by the Township, SCE will prepare ten (10) sets of plans and specifications to utilize for bidding purposes on this project. If additional sets of plans and specifications are required, SCE will provide them to the Township at a cost of $100 per set. Fee Proposal SCE proposes to provide the above referenced scope of services for a Lump Sum Fee of $ 1,000.
