Based on approved preliminary documents and any further adjustments in the scope and quality of the project, prepare Construction Documents for approval by the Township. These documents will consist of Drawings and specifications setting forth in detail the requirements for the construction of the project. Construction Documents will be prepared for the following disciplines and components: e — Architectural, General Construction. Plumbing Fixtures and equipment.
