PS&S proposes to provide the following general Construction Phase Services in conjunction with this project: lL. ill. Perform field observations at the 50% and 100% completion phases of the ongoing construction progress to determine conformance of the completed work with the requirements of the Contract Documents. CLIENT PROVIDED ITEMS The proposed PS&S Scope of Work and associated Fee described in this proposal are based upon provision of the following by the Client: A. Copies of all existing design and as-built architectural, structural, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical drawings for the building, including electronic drawing files. if available. Services of any required testing contractors in order to determine the operating parameters or conditions of existing systems, such as flow testing of existing water service, HVAC air balance testing and available capacity on electrical services. C. Design parameters, including space temperature, and electrical requirements. D. Payment of all application and permit fees.
