Some of the potential improvements include:  Renovation of public spaces to provide flexible, collaborative work areas.  Upgrades to interior building finishes to give the building a lighter, more contemporary feel including additional windows and building transparency. Potential New Exterior  Development of a new café and dining area, including an outdoor patio  Updates to building mechanical systems and utilities, including elevators and restrooms.  Aesthetic improvements to the building exterior.  Improvements to the site landscaping, ADA accessibility, and flow.
