2 5135481.1 WHEREAS, on August 1, 2018, the Planning Board reviewed and recommended to the Township the adoption of a revised version of the 300 Executive Redevelopment Plan, a copy of which is attached to this Ordinance as Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered revised 300 Executive Drive Redevelopment Plan which incorporates the comments and recommendations of the Planning Board and now wishes to adopt and enact the same. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Township of West Orange that that the 300 Executive Redevelopment Plan, dated July 2018, is hereby adopted and enacted. ______________________________ ROBERT D.
