216-18 September 25, 2018 RESOLUTION Auction of Surplus Property WHEREAS, Township personal property such as Department of Public Works equipment, vehicles, and trucks that are no longer operable and have become surplus; and WHEREAS, the base value of this surplus property is above the 15% ($6,000.00) of the Township’s current bid threshold and pursuant to the Local Public Contracts Law personal property be disposed of through sale at public auction and the proceeds thereof be applied as provided by law. The Township of West Orange is not responsible for the quality, condition or operability of listed personal property for sale by auction. Items will be available for inspection prior to bid submission deadline. The auction will be held Wednesday October 10, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at the Township of West Orange Department of Public Works, 25 Lakeside Avenue, West Orange, NJ 07052.
