Resolution # 496-13 Adopted: April 9, 2013 TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of West Orange serves as the Township of West Orange Board of Alcoholic Beverage Control; and WHEREAS, an Application has been filed by Keval T. Patel, 429 Hidden Valley Drive, Edison, NJ 088260, on behalf of Shaku & Kamil, Inc., for the renewal of its License #0722-44- 061-008, for the period July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013, and said License having been inactive and a Pocket License; and WHEREAS, the Licensee recently received and presented to the Clerk’s Office a Clearance Certificate dated February 25, 2013, for renewal of its Alcoholic Beverage Retail License from the Division of Taxation of the State of New Jersey stating that the Division has no objections to renewal of the License; and WHEREAS, the Licensee has submitted its Application for Renewal to the Township Clerk and said Application complies with New Jersey State Laws regulating the sale, consumption, and distribution of alcoholic beverages, and renewal fees and taxes having been paid, and the Township Council in its capacity as the Township of West Orange Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, having held a public hearing on April 9, 2013, and no one appearing in opposition, wishes to renew this License; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Township Council of the Township of West Orange, in its capacity as the Township’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, hereby renews ABC License #0722-44-061-008, held by Licensee Shaku & Kamil, Inc., c/o Keval T.
