2 4837-1929-8996, v. 1 conditions include satisfaction of the Application Deadline and satisfaction of the requirements of Township Code Section 5-32; and WHEREAS, based on the Investigation, the Chief of Police recommends that a towing operator license be issued to C&L. NOW, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE that towing licenses for the time period from November 1, 2019 through October 31, 2022 be and hereby is awarded to C&L; and be it further RESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk shall cause a copy of this award to be published in accordance with applicable law; and be it further RESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk’s Office shall maintain a copy of this resolution in its records.
