140-13 July 1 6, 2013 RESOLUTION West Orange Senior Citizens Housing Association WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of West Orange is authorized to designate one of the Council Members as a Trustee of the West Orange Senior Citizens Housing Association; and WHEREAS, the Township Council is desirous of approving Councilperson Patty Spango, for a one year term as Council Representative to the West Orange Senior Citizens Housing Association. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED , by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Councilperson Patty Spango, be and hereby is appointed as Trustee of the West Orange Senior Citizens Housing Assocation for a term commencing on July 1, 2013, and expiring on June 30, 2014.
