2379-13 BOND ORDINANCE AMENDING BOND ORDINANCE 2366- 12 AND BOND ORDINANCE 2377-13 FINALLY ADOPTED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE, NEW JERSEY ON DECEMBER 18, 2012, AS AMENDED ON JUNE 11, 2013. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE, IN THE COUNTY OF ESSEX, NEW JERSEY (not less than two-thirds of all members thereof affirmatively concurring), AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Bond Ordinance of the Township Council of the Township of West Orange, in the County of Essex, New Jersey (the “Township”) entitled “Bond Ordinance Reappropriating $1,606,799.25 Proceeds Of Obligations Not Needed For Their Original Purposes For The Acquisition Of Various Improvements By The Township. Of West Orange, New Jersey ” finally adopted on December 18, 2012, as amended on June 11, 2013 (the “OQrdinance”) is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety. Section 2. Section 2 of the Ordinance with respect to the field lighting and concession stand is hereby amended in its entirety as follows: Appropriation and Estimated Improvements Cost Joseph Suriano Field Lighting $262,634.00 Concession Stand West Orange High School $ 10,843.14 Purchase of Jitney Buses $276,522.86 Section 3. The capital budget of the Township is hereby amended to conform with the provisions of this Ordinance to the extent of any inconsistency herewith. The resolution in the form promulgated by the Local Finance Board showing full detail of the amended capital budget and capital program as approved by the -Director, Division’ of Local Government Services, Department of Community Affairs, State of New Jersey is on file with the Township Clerk and is available for public inspection. Section 4. All other provisions of the Ordinance shall remain unchanged. Section 5. This amendatory bond ordinance shall take effect twenty days after the first publication thereof after final adoption as provided by Local Bond Law. #1960797 v1 100181-33129
