\ 1 ■ INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM The minimum amount of insurance to be carried by the Professional Service Entity shali be as follows: : PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE ; Limits shall be a minimum of $1,000,000,00 for each claim and $1,000,000.00 aggregate each policy period. !■ Proof of insurance Coverage - The Contractor Shall provide the Township of West Orange at the time the contracts are returned for execution, Certificates of Insurance and/or polices acceptable to the municipalities. „ Continuation of Coverage - if any of the above coverage’s expires during the term of the contract, the contract shall deliver renewal certificates and/or polices to the municipality at least i ten (10) days prior to the expiration date. !■ Deductibles - The Contractor shall be solely responsible for payment of any deductibles.
