Currently the Municipal Building is closed to the public and sealed proposals will be opened and read outside underneath the West Orange Public Library, located 46 Mt. Pleasant Ave. directly behind the Municipal Building. Envelopes should be clearly marked on the outside with contract name and the name and address of submitter.
