2 WHEREAS, the Township requires the performance of Remedial Investigation Activities and Reporting for and 25 Lakeside Avenue, Block 115, Lot 16 and 55 Lakeside Avenue, Block 115, Lots 15 and 17; and WHEREAS, Matrix New World Engineering, Land Surveying and Landscape Architecture, P.C. with offices at 26 Columbia Turnpike, Florham Park, New Jersey 07932 (“Matrix”) provided the Township a proposal to perform the Remedial Investigation Activities and Reporting concerning 55 Lakeside Avenue and 25 Lakeside Avenue annexed hereto as Exhibit “A” (the “Proposal”); and WHEREAS, the Proposal provides that Matrix will perform the Remedial Investigation Activities and Reporting for a total of $388,690.00. NOW, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE, that the Township authorizes the retention of Matrix for the Remedial Investigation Activities and Reporting for 55 Lakeside Avenue and 25 Lakeside Avenue pursuant to the Proposal annexed hereto as Exhibit “A;” and be it further RESOLVED, that Mayor Robert D. Parisi is hereby authorized to execute the agreement and any related document required to effectuate the retention of Matrix consistent with the Proposal annexed hereto as Exhibit “A;” and be it further
