Separate authorization from the client will be requested prior to commencing services outside the scope of this proposal. All out-of-pocket expenses including, but not limited to, application fees, laboratory testing costs, mylar copies, certified mailings, photographs, blueprints, and special deliveries are considered additional to the proposal items unless specifically noted within the scope of this proposal.
