2679-22 LEGISLATIVE HISTORY This Ordinance is in response to requests from handicapped residents who reside at 53 Rollinson Street and at 24 Nutman Place. By adopting this Ordinance, the Township will establish handicapped parking stalls adjacent to these addresses. Such parking stalls are permissible under the laws of New Jersey, and they are designated as Restricted Parking Zones. These stalls are still subject to other parking regulations and prohibitions on their streets.
