12 CHARGES RECEIVED BUT NOT SERVED PROPOSED NOTICE #1 Violation #1: On October 7, 2019, you allowed, permitted or suffered on or about the licensed premises, a brawl, act or violence and/or disturbance in violation of N.J.A.C. 13:2-23.6(a)(2). PROPOSED NOTICE #2 Violation #1: On October 13, 2019, you allowed, permitted or suffered on or about the licensed premises, a brawl, act or violence and/or disturbance in violation of N.J.A.C. 13:2-23.6(a)(2). PROPOSED NOTICE #3 Violation #1: On January 7, 2021, you failed to comply with Governor Murphy’s Executive Orders specifically but not limited to 183, 194, and 196 in violation of N.J.S.A. 33:1-31(h); Violation #2: On January 7, 2021, you failed to comply with the special condition of stopping exterior dining service by 12:30 A.M. and all patrons off premises by 1:00 A.M. as set forth in the Licensee’s COVID-19 Expansion of Premises Permit, Permit Number 82020 in violation of N.J.S.A. 33:1-31h, 7th Offense, 70-day suspension; and Violation #3: On January 7, 2021, you sold alcoholic beverages to an intoxicated patron in violation of N.J.A.C. 13:2-23.1(b); 3rd Offense, 90-day suspension.
