Show all pagesA summary report will describe the inventory process and the results as per City needs. The management portion of report will go into more depth of findings. This shall include species diversity, condition, age and hazard trees that need priority maintenance or removal due to target. Photos, graphics and charts will be included in the narrative. Tree data spreadsheets will be supplied to the borough at the conclusion of the inventory and attached to the and of the report. ¢ Tree Inventory Timing The Inventory Team will start inventory in the late summer 2022 and complete the task by July 3, 2023. Evan Dilluvio is the lead of the project and be on-site performing the inventory work and required reporting until completed. Kara Venella will assist in the data input into the software, the other Arborists, Foresters will also conduct the inventory on a weekly basis. Evan Dilluvio is very familiar with the NJUCF Stewardship grant requirements for the inventory since he worked as a Regional Forester with the Community Forestry Program for 13 years. The entire team is exceptionally savvy with tree inventories and all its components and will complete the required services by the due date as the City specifies. 5) Fee to perform the Tree Inventory plus reporting $5.25 per tree (Price includes aif reporting, spreadsheets, data files, mapping) Assist_West_Orange in other related inventory/ grant /payment submission services as needed $80 per hr,
