2693-22 LEGISLATIVE HISTORY This Ordinance is in response to requests from handicapped residents who reside at 149 Watchung Avenue, 124 High Street, 111 Chestnut Street, 138 Chestnut Street, and 106 Elm Street. By adopting this Ordinance, the Township will establish a handicapped parking stall adjacent to each of these addresses. Such parking stalls are permissible under the laws of New Jersey, and they are designated as Restricted Parking Zones. Additionally, three handicapped spaces no longer used have been deleted from the list.
