All Application and Permit fees will be paid by Township of West Orange. 4. Full time or daily site visits during construction period is not required and not included in the proposal. 3.0 SCHEDULE PS&S will commence work within five (5) days of authorization to proceed and estimates up to two (2) weeks to complete the design, specifications, and bid documents. The bid document review time by the Township of West Orange DPW is not included in the Schedule. 4.0 FEE, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS PS&S proposes to provide the aforementioned Scope of Services for a LUMP SUM fee of Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($11,800.00) as broken down below. These fees exclude any permit fees, which will be paid directly by the Township of West Orange. These services would be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the attached PS&S Schedule of Charges & Hourly Rates and General Conditions of Service both dated February 1, 2022.
