Site Improvement Description • Mill and repave approximately 10,000 square feet of entrance and road entering facility • Improve and maintain plantings at entrance to the facility • Pave areas surrounding office trailer • Reconstruct and enhance class A, 8 &C residential drop-off area • Add 12,500 square feet of pavement to class B facility and construct retail bins in a neat and orderly manner (picture attached) • Regrade rest of class B facility for vehicle access • Regrade and clean up berm on east side of the facility and plant ornamental grass on the berm to screen facility from sensitive receptors • Have two transfer areas for class Band Class materials in order to minimize odor potential there will be no processing at the facility all material will be transferred to one of Reliables NJDEP permitted facilities. storage of materials at the facility will be a maximum of 7500 cubic yards of class B material (Brush and Tree Parts) and 5000 cubic yards of class C (leaves) material Attached are illustrations and a site plan of the improvements proposed.
