Coordination of utility markouts. 2. Civil Engineering Services - the work in this task will include the following: A. Design for decommissioning the existing pump house/station and replace with 8-inch diameter sanitary trunk sewer; B. Prepare Treatment Works Application (TWA) application for permit to construct and operate the proposed sewer main and the decommissioning of the pump station; C. Design and prepare contract drawings for decommissioning the pump station and construction of the new sanitary sewer main; D. Prepare an application for the Hudson-Essex-Passaic Soil Conservation District (HEPSCD) since the project will result in a land disturbance of more than 5,000 square feet; E. Coordinate with the property owner at Lot 14 for tying existing pressure line to propose gravity sewer main; F. Plan set to include but not limited to Cover Sheet, Existing Conditions/Survey Control Plan, Demolition Plan, Construction Plan, Grading and Utility Plan, Profiles, Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Plan and Details, and Construction Details; G. Attend four (4) meetings with the Township Officials for Kickoff,
