The following will be included: Coordination and preparation of temporary construction easements as necessary for the proposed gravity sewer main. Legal descriptions for temporary construction easements. Coordination and preparation of permanent sanitary sewer easements as necessary for the proposed gravity sewer main. Legal descriptions for permanent easements. Benchmark(s) (minimum of three (3)) to be set for future use. Existing conditions/Survey Control plan. Coordination of utility markouts with the Township.
