Fee Proposal SCE proposes to provide the above referenced scope of services for the following fees. Construction Administration Services Lump Sum Fee $ 72,700 ‘Includes twenty (20) Sets of Plans & Specifications including bid documents and contract agreements ($75 per set). Project Schedule We are prepared to commence services within two (2) weeks of authorization to proceed and receipt of signed proposal or purchase order. Below is the anticipated schedule: Land Surveying: Survey work completed seven (7) Weeks from Authorization to Proceed (ATP). Civil Engineering: Approved Permits anticipated twenty (20) weeks from ATP.
