The following professional services are required for the proposed improvements: 1. Land Surveying Services: A. Boundary and Topographic Survey for lots 14, 14.01, 59.01 and 59 in Block including utilities for decommissioning pump station and to construct propose gravity sewer main; B. Establish horizontal control based on North American Datum 1983 (New Jersey State Plane Coordinate System-NAD 83) and North American Vertical Datum 1988 (NAVD 88); C. Coordination and preparation of temporary construction easements as necessary for
