Hourly rates shall be submitted with all proposals for any additional work. It is the intent of this office to conduct the scope of services by Winter 2023. Proposals shall be submitted in writing on or before 10:00 A.M. Thursday, October 27th, 2022 to the Department of Public Works, 25 Lakeside Avenue, West Orange, NJ 07052 and shall include a specified completion date or number of days required for completion of the work after approval is granted to proceed.
