2701-22 LEGISLATIVE HISTORY This Ordinance is in response to requests from handicapped residents who reside at 31-33 Park Avenue (2 placed on Ashland Avenue), 28 High Street, 81 Ashland Avenue, 85 Mitchell Street, and 36 Park Terrace. By adopting this Ordinance, the Township will establish a handicapped parking stall adjacent to each of these addresses. Such parking stalls are permissible under the laws of New Jersey, and they are designated as Restricted Parking Zones. Additionally, one handicapped space no longer used has been deleted from the list.
