TO KINGSLEY ST. ROAD REHABILITATION OF ASHWOOD TERRACE AND WILLIAM ST. FROM FRANKLIN AVENUE TO MAIN STREET Dear Mrs. Burger, The Engineering Division of the Department of Public Works for the Township of West Orange requests proposals from firms providing both Civil and Engineering and Land Surveying Services, which are capable of preparing the necessary improvement plans, specifications and bid documents for the following Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project for 2022: 1. Valley Road, From Freeman St. to Kingsley St. A. Curb and sidewalk repairs; B. From Central Avenue to Kingsley Street Decorative Street lighting through Public Service Enterprise Group (PSE&G) for which Consultant will be responsible for coordinating with PSE&G and incorporating red line diagram in the design for Contractor’s responsibility to install footing, conduit, junction boxes and supplying all else in conjunction as necessary for PSE&G to install poles and the primary electric service as necessary; C.
