As described above, datum NAVD88 shall be used for all vertical control, along with the use of NAD83 for all horizontal control. 4. The preparation of survey data based on the appropriate datum and three (3) vertical bench marks will be provided evenly spaced throughout the project. PHASE Il - DESIGN PHASE The work in this phase will involve but not be limited to the following: 1. Prepare construction plans and construction cost estimates. Construction Plans will consist of the following: i. Cover Sheet ii. | General Notes and Distribution of Quantities iii. | Overall Location Plan iv. Construction Plans v. Drainage and Grading Plan vi. | Curb Ramp Grading Plan vii. Traffic Striping and Signage Plan vii. Traffic Control Plan and Details ix. Construction Details 2. Prepare contract documents and specifications required for public bid in accordance with the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law. Detailed specifications will be provided for the items to be included in the contract, along with an outline of the project. Twenty (20) sets of contract documents will be provided. Soil Conservation Permit Since the extent of site disturbance is expected to exceed 5,000 square feet, the work in this phase will involve the preparation of the necessary application to the Hudson, Essex, Passaic Soil Conservation District for a Soil Erosion and Sediment Control permit.
