(SCE) is pleased to provide the following proposal for Civil Engineering to the Township of West Orange (Township) for 2022 Community Development Block Grants - Road Rehabilitation of Valley Road — From Freeman Street to Kingsley Street; Road Rehabilitation of Ashwood Terrace and William Street from Franklin Avenue to Main Street. SCE has thoroughly reviewed the Request for Proposal dated November 10, 2022, and the provided information regarding the project. It is understood the total length of 2022 Street Improvements is 3,920 Linear Feet (LF) within various rights-of-way. Our proposal includes all work required to provide a complete design and bid package including cost estimates, plans, and specifications (twenty (20) copies each) for bidding purposes, and detour plans. SCE understands this project will be funded through a Community Development Block Grant. All plans, specifications, and bid documents will be in conformance with the latest New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) specifications. All services for this project will be overseen by a State of New Jersey licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
