Phase 1-Main Street at Valley Road/Northfield Avenue 5 Crosswalks: 1 across Valley Road, 1 across Northfield Avenue, 3 ways across Main Street. No Pavers on St. Mark’s side (north and east) Paver Sidewalks run on Northfield Avenue from I-280 ramp/Wheeler Street to Main/Valley. The sidewalks extend south on Valley Road to #325 (west side) and the entrance of the Municipal Lot (east side). On Main Street, pavers run on the south/west side from the Orange Township line to Lindsley Avenue. The project consists of:34-24
