Topographic survey of all trees, shrubs, walls, driveways, walks, steps, curb ramps and other existing features within the ROW and farther where necessary to the proposed improvements. C. Right of way will be shown from available Township Tax Map information. D. Establish horizontal control based on North American Datum 1983 (New Jersey State Plane Coordinate System-NAD 83) and North American Vertical Datum 1988 (NAVD 88); E. Benchmark(s) to be set on site for future use; F. Existing conditions/Survey Control plan; 2. Civil Engineering Services: A. Develop three (3) color renderings; B. Design considerations for the removal of existing brick paver crosswalks and sidewalks C. Construction of stamped asphalt crosswalks and stamp concrete sidewalk D. Construction of ADA compliant curb ramps E. Pavement striping F. New traffic signs as necessary G. Resolve existing drainage issues at 3-4 corners of the Main St/Northfield Ave H. Reset drainage structures, manhole castings, frames and covers as necessary. I. Coordinate with the Township Traffic Bureau and Essex County for a comprehensive Traffic Control Plan J. Prepare construction details; K. Plan Set to include but not limited to Cover Sheet, Existing Conditions/Survey Control Plan, Demolition Plan, Construction Plan, Curb Ramp Details, Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Plan and Details, Traffic Control Plans and Construction Details; L. Include four (4) meetings with the Township Officials for Kickoff/Field, Preliminary Design, Public Presentation and Final Design; M. Bid Package that includes bid set of plans and construction specifications in accordance with public bidding laws; N. Bidding documents (plans and specifications) are to be part of the deliverables to the Township via AutoCAD, hard copy and PDF files. II. Phase 2-Main Street at Lindsley Ave, Mt. Pleasant Ave/White St, Park Ave, Charles St, Lakeside Ave, Tory Corner Business District, Washington St/Franklin Ave/Llewellyn Ave and Harrison Business District Main Street at Lindsley Avenue 1 Crosswalk across Lindsley Avenue Pavers in front of Township Hall (west side) between concrete sidewalk and curb only.
