Crash Description/ Narrative D2 stated that he was driving north on Valley Rd pulling up to the Intersection of Valley Rd and Mitchell St. D2 stated he was stopped in traffic, and as he was fully stopped that is when V1 rear ended V2. D1 stated that he was driving north on Valley Rd and had to come to a stop due to traffic at the intersection of Valley Rd and Mitchell St. He stated that due to him being in the middle of the intersection and vehicles wanting to travel east on Mitchell St, he decided to move up V1 and did not realize how close he was from the rear of V2. That is when he bumped into the rear of V2. At the time of the crash, V1 registration was expired. The following ticket was issued 39:3-4 Driving While Unregistered (0722-E22-000784).
