EXTENSION AGREEMENT FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES THIS EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and entered into on this ___ day of December, 2024 by and between the TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE, a municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey, located at Town Hall, 66 Main Street, West Orange, County of Essex and State of New Jersey, hereinafter called the “TOWNSHIP”, part of the first part, and ONE TOTAL CLEANIN ERVICES, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company with offices at 130 Garfield Avenue, Plainfield, New Jersey 07062, hereinafter referred to as “ONE TOTAL CLEANING”, party of the second part. WITNESSETH THAT: WHEREAS, the TOWNSHIP previously awarded ONE TOTAL CLEANING a Contract for Janitorial Services at seven (7) buildings owned and operated by the TOWNSHIP (the “Contract”) on December 14, 2021 which was scheduled to expire on December 31, 2023; and WHEREAS, the CONTRACT set forth an annual base bid of $56,624.24 per year with additional optional rates for floor buffing at $35 per hour and shampooing carpeting at $150 per hour; and WHEREAS, the TOWNSHIP and ONE TOTAL CLEANIN agree to extend all terms and conditions set forth in the CONTRACT for an additional period of time from January 1, 2024 through March 31, 2024 to allow the Township to re-bid the CONTRACT pursuant to . 40A:11-15 at the new monthly rate of $5,168.69, repr enting an additional $450 per month due to the increase of minimum wage in 2024; and NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1, ONE TOTAL CLEANING hereby agrees to extend the services and other covenants set forth in the CONTRACT, at the new monthly rate of $5,168.69 for the period of January 1, 2024 through March 31, 2024 and agrees that all other terms and conditions set forth in the CONTRACT shall continue during this extension period.
