Scope of Services | Page 6 FEE SCHEDULE – Surveying & Design Our fee for the services outlined above is as follows: Item No. Description Lump Sum Fee Task I Topographic and Existing Condition Surveying Services $18,800.00 Task II Civil Engineering Services $24,100.00 TOTAL: $42,900.00 FEE SCHEDULE – Construction Inspection & Certification of Completion The time required to perform construction inspection services is a function of established contract duration(s), contractor’s schedule, and the Township’s need for part-time or full-time inspection. We will provide construction inspection services to fit with the Township’s needs. The services will be provided on an hourly basis. Our fee for the above referenced services is as follows: Construction Administration/Construction Inspection Services $105.00/hr. Construction Inspection Overtime Rate $157.50/hr.
