POLYNIAK, P.E., P.P., C.M.E., C.P.W.M., Vice President Mr. Polyniak joined the Neglia Group in April 2004 and has over twenty-four (24) years of experience in both public and private projects. He has engaged in the design and construction management of numerous private development projects. His experience includes work throughout New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and eastern Pennsylvania. Mr. Polyniak has experience within all private development sectors. SOLFARO, P.E., C.M.E., C.P.W.M., Director of Municipal Services, Vice President Mr. Solfaro has over twenty-six (26) years of varied experience in water resources, hydraulic and sanitary engineering, transportation, municipal engineering, site planning and design, and construction management. His expertise includes the preparation of utility master planning, feasibility studies, reviews and recommendations of Planning/Zoning Board applications, constructability reviews, Quality Assurance and Quality Control reviews, and State and County grant/funding applications. INTINDOLA, P.E., P.P., C.M.E., C.P.W.M., Principal Mr. Intindola joined the firm in February 2006 and has over twenty-seven (27) years of experience in traffic engineering, design and construction management of transit, traffic, and site access projects. He has successfully managed numerous transportation and municipal projects over the course of his multifaceted career to the satisfaction of public and private clients. The value of constructed projects ranges from $900.00 to $7M during Mr. Intindola’s employment with the Neglia Group. His professional submissions include traffic impact studies, air quality studies, noise impact assessments, parking lot design, site plan design, crossing guard assignment studies, pedestrian analysis, signal warrants, signal plans and state highway access design and permitting from Maine to Delaware. He has engaged in the design, regulatory permitting, review, and construction management of numerous development projects in both the private and municipal sector. Mr. Kurus has extensive expertise in providing functional and practical site engineering designs and solutions for all types of projects, such as: multi-family and mixed-use residential redevelopment projects, retail strip malls, warehouse and self-storage facilities, industrial facilities, office complexes, banks, sports fields and sports complexes, schools, municipal and county parks, and municipal storm drainage improvement projects.
