POLYNIAK, P.E., P.P., C.M.E., C.P.W.M., Vice President Mr. Polyniak joined the Neglia Group in April 2004 and has over twenty-four (24) years of experience in both public and private projects. He has engaged in the design and construction management of numerous private development projects. His experience includes work throughout New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and eastern Pennsylvania. Mr. Polyniak has experience within all private development sectors. He has been involved in projects of different scales and divisions such as: e Retail-from ten thousand square foot strip malls to over three hundred-fifty thousand square foot power shopping centers e — Light industrial - from one thousand square foot warehouse building additions to over five hundred square foot distribution centers for national retailers e Residential - from single family residences to hundreds lot subdivisions e Multi-unit Residential - from two- two hundred ten-unit residential towers to senior citizen housing facilities e Offices - from one thousand square foot office building additions to fifty thousand square foot office buildings Mr. Polyniak has provided detailed design plans and specifications for several projects of the New Jersey and New York Department of Transportation and has also performed various stormwater management, stormwater conveyance, and flood studies. Mr. Polyniak has prepared numerous New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Land Use, Water Quality, and Water Supply permits.
