A copy of the Operations & Maintenance Manual for the stormwater facilities, preferably signed and sealed. E. A copy of the deed and any easements relating to Block 173, Lot 12.14 (lot containing the detention basin). F. Individual Grading Plans for the properties. G. A copy of the Planning Board resolution approving the project. H. A copy of the Developer’s Agreement, if applicable. I. Any communications relating to the approval of field changes approved administratively by the Township. The final deliverable under this proposal will be one (1) letter report of findings and recommendations. With the actual effort being indeterminate at this time, professional services will be provided in accordance with our hourly rates attached. Out of pocket expenses will be billed at actual cost. Travel time is billed at the applicable hourly rate set forth. Understanding the desire to quantify expenses, we offer a “Not to Exceed” amount of $11,500.00.
