Withonly approved users, we can easily obtain any information from any computer, This is especially helpful when a quick change needs to be made for whatever may arise. (Call-outs, shift changes, etc.) Where this system helps the most is when any client requests special coverage with short notice, This system automatically draws a pool of available officers that can be utilized. Although our entire Management team can easily handle such a request without this system due to their personal knowledge and familiarity of all Officers, itis great to have this available for back-up purposes.
