Crash Description/Narrative Driver 1 stated that she was traveling North on Devon Drive through Construction Area when she struck a NJ American Water T Bar sticking up out of roadway that shuts the water valves on and off. NJ American Water was working in the area and area was properly coned, roadway was closed with signage and flag men were in the area. No injuries were reported crash was minor in nature. 146.
