John McCormack, PE, PTOE Senior Principal Agency Experience continued: John McCormack is a Senior Principal at Dynamic Traffic. Mr. McCormack holds a license in Professional Engineering in New Jersey and New York as well as a certification as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer John has over 30 years of experience working on various traffic engineering and transportation planning projects for both private client and public agencies. Mr. McCormack is responsible for the management of the civil engineering and traffic engineering aspects of the transportation improvement projects. These projects involve all aspects of traffic calming, traffic signal design, bicycle and pedestrian safety and on-street parking. Mr. McCormack also performs traffic impact studies, NJDOT access studies, major event traffic/pedestrian planning, corridor progression studies and parking studies.
