EVAN M. JACOBS, PE, PP, CFM Civil Engineer Professional Qualifications Evan Jacobs is a civil engineering project manager with 17 years of experience managing, designing and overseeing the construction of a multitude of land development projects. He is well-versed in all aspects of the design of public and private land development, site planning, grading and earthwork management, drainage and stormwater management, utility design, land use permitting, municipal board approvals and preparation of construction documents for public bidding. Mr. Jacobs’ projects have included a wide-range of sectors, including K-12 and higher education, sports and recreation facilities, multi-family residential developments, commercial and industrial sites, bridge and culvert replacements, utility infrastructure, largescale brownfield redevelopment sites, flood mitigation and prevention, and septic system design. Mr. Jacobs also brings nearly seven years’ experience as a municipal engineer and planner, having served multiple municipalities, handling all aspects of capital construction projects, apply for and securing grant opportunities, and representing the engineering and construction interests of the municipality.
