Tracy Road Bridge – Watchung Reservation – Mountainside, Inwood Place – Plainfield, Allen Avenue – Union). New Lyndhurst Junior High School, Lyndhurst, NJ – Site/civil engineering lead responsible for the site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and storm for a new 650-student campus, including parking lots and athletic fields. Challenging geology and topography required extensive rock surface modeling and coordination with contractor regarding means and methods for a 40-foot retaining wall and four detention basins. Oak Ridge Park Improvements, Clark, NJ – Site/civil engineering lead responsible for the design and preparation of construction documents for a multi-sport recreation complex for NCAA-level competition and broadcasting, including an 800-person bleacher with press boxes on an historic property. Responsibilities included extensive site design, grading, drainage and stormwater management, outfall construction, NJDEP Land Use permitting, State Historic Preservation Office coordination and approval, and extensive engineering support during construction. Gunnell Oval Recreation Complex, Kearny, NJ – Site/civil engineering lead responsible for the design of a 26acre multi-sport recreation complex on a contaminated site within a flood hazard area. Responsibilities included overall site design, grading and earthwork design and analysis, coordination with LSRP and remedial action efforts and grant funding, extensive stormwater conveyance design relying on a large pump station, securing funding through the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust, obtaining numerous NJDEP Land Use permits, extensive coordination and securing of a license agreement with Norfolk-Southern for a utility crossing and stormwater discharge under a rail

tructure Trust, obtaining numerous NJDEP Land Use permits, extensive coordination and securing of a license agreement with Norfolk-Southern for a utility crossing and stormwater discharge under a rail line, as well as extensive coordination with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority regarding improvements within the tidal wetlands of the marsh. Bonsal Preserve Sanitary Sewer Relocation, Clifton, NJ – Site/civil engineering lead responsible for the design and preparation of construction documents for the relocation of an existing 12” sanitary sewer main under a nature preserve utilizing trenchless technologies. Responsibilities included sanitary sewer design and modeling, procuring a geotechnical engineer for an extensive subsurface investigation rock modeling, extensive NJDEP Land Use and Treatment Works Approval permitting, coordination with multiple water utility providers with facilities under and over the main, extensive landscape restoration and outreach with the public. West Side Drainage Study, Berkeley Heights, NJ – Lead civil engineer/hydrologist to investigate the causes of and design of efforts to mitigate flooding for about one-third of the Township. Responsibilities included procurement of large-scale Lidar mapping, existing watershed delineation and modeling, complete hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, HEC-RAS stream study, conveyance system assessment and redesign, stream channel assessment and redesign, project cost estimating and planning, New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust coordination, easement and property takings, and conceptual design plan preparation. Orchard Creek Flood Study, Rahway, NJ – Lead civil engineer/hydrologist to investigate the causes of and design of efforts to mitigate flooding for a reach of the Orchard Creek within the City of Rahway. Responsibilities included procurement of large-scale Lidar mapping, existing watershed delineation and modeling, complete hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, HEC-RAS stream study, stream channel assessment and redesign, preliminary sediment transport modeling, project cost estimating and planning, and conceptual design plan preparation.
