328-24 Resolution Authorizing Santas Arrival via Helicopter.pdf

WHERAS, for this event, the appropriate body is the Township Council of the Township of West Orange; and NOW, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Township Council of the Township of West Orange, does and hereby states that it has no objection to the issuance of a Temporary Aeronautical Facility License to Montclair Golf Club, located at 25 Prospect Avenue, West Orange, NJ 07052, for the purpose of permitting transportation and delivery of Santa Claus to the Club at approximately 11:00 a.m., on the following days: (i) Sunday, December 8, 2024; (ii) Sunday, December 15, 2024; and (iii) Sunday, December 22, 2024, for participation in the Club’s traditional Christmas celebrations; and it is further RESOLVED, that this Resolution shall be made available in the Clerk’s office for reasonable inspection in accordance with applicable law.
