(the “Proposed Film Permit Fee Schedule”); and WHEREAS, the Township seeks to maintain this Proposed Film Permit Fee Schedule until such time as a new film permit fee schedule is established by resolution of the Township Council. NOW, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that the Township hereby sets the permits fees required for the issuance of a film permit from the Township consistent with the Film Permit Fee Schedule described herein; and it is further RESOLVED that the Film Permit Fee Schedule shall remain in place until such time as the film permit fee schedule is amended or changed by further resolution of the Township Council.
