Township intends to submit Survey materials 90 days after singing the contract. Therefore, the survey materials must be prepared in an expediated process to meet the deadline requirements. The required Survey materials are as follows: LAND SURVEYING SERVICES: A. Refer to the website for the current “Scope of Survey Services and Standard Detail Requirements” and appropriate forms and checklists for Local Government and Nonprofit Acquisitions. https://dep.nj.gov/greenacres/survey-section-local-and-nonprofit-surveys/ B. A full title search at the time of purchase is attached; C. Green Acres Project Data:  Green Acres Project Number: 0722-03-005  Green Acres Project Name: Open Space Acquisition  Green Acres Owner ID: 0722-03-005-09 D.
