MORTGA SE Al EMEN’ THIS MORTGAGE AND SECURITY AGREEMENT dated October 30, 2018 (together with any amendments or modifications hereto in effect from time to time, this “Mfortgage”), by MONTCLAIR GOLF CLUB (“Mortgagor”), a New Jersey not-for-profit corporation, having an office located at 25 Prospect Avenue, West Orange, New Jersey 07052, in favor of PROVIDENT BANK, ("Mortgagee"), having an office located at 100 Wood Avenue, South Iselin, New Jersey 08830. WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, pursuant to a certain Loan Agreement dated the date hereof by and among the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee and other parties related thereto, as may be amended, restated mm/or extended from time to time (“Loan Agreement”), the Mortgagee has made certain loans to Mortgagor (individually and collectively, the “Borrower”) aggregating $8,220,966.31 (together with all other loans and extension of credit made from time to time by the Mortgages to the Borrower shall be referred to as “Loans”); and WHEREAS, Mortgagor has. 8 foe interest in and to: those certain tracts of land located in Township of West Orange; County, of Essex, State of New Jersey igore particularly described in Schedule “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof (the “Real Estate”); and WHEREAS, to induce Mortgagee to meke the Loans, and to secure payment of the Mortgagor’s obligations under the Loan Agreement, Mortgagor has agreed to execute and deliver this Mortgage.
