Project Costs E2PM proposes to execute this project on a lump sum basis as summarized in the following pricing table and consistent with the scope of work defined by this proposal, in accordance with the attached E2PM rate sheet (Attachment A). E2PM services will be invoiced monthly. Payments are due net 15 days from the date of the invoice.
