 Completed Surveyor’s Local/Nonprofit Certification and Summary Form;  CD-ROM containing drawing in .dwg format identical to the paper survey, a drawing in .dwg format of only the boundary and Green Acres limits of interests, a deed description in MS Word format, a pdf copy of the signed survey, photographs of the corner markers set, and any associated documents. Montclair Golf Club (aka Rock Spring Golf Course) Survey, Title Search, and deed checklist are enclosed. The cost of services shall be for complete survey materials by tasks A through D as part of the Green Acres requirements. Proposals shall be on a lump sum basis. Hourly rates shall be submitted with all proposals for any additional work. It is the intent of this office is to award for professional services at the January 28, 2025 Council meeting. Proposals shall be submitted in writing via email and/or hard copy on or before 10:00 A.M. Friday, January 17, 2025 to the Department Engineering, 25 Lakeside Avenue, West Orange, NJ 07052 and shall include a specified completion date or number of days required for completion of the work after approval is granted to proceed. Also, evidence of proper insurance shall be submitted for approval by the Township Attorney.
