2889-25 Legislative History The Ordinance amends the Traffic Regulations of the Township, and establishes a Speed Limit of 25 miles per hour (MPH) on Kelley Drive. Based on local residents’ requests and Stat Track data provided by the Traffic Division of the West Orange Police Department, the Municipal Engineer determined the need for reduced traffic speeds in the area.
