2896-25 LEGISLATIVE HISTORY This Ordinance is in response to requests from handicapped residents who reside at 17 Meade Street, 11 Virginia Avenue, 17 Curtis Avenue, and 64 Mitchell Street. By adopting this Ordinance, the Township will establish a handicapped parking stall adjacent to each of these addresses. Such parking stalls are permissible under the laws of New Jersey, and they are designated as Restricted Parking Zones. All other Parking Ordinances under this chapter apply and supersede the use of these restricted spaces. Additionally, 3 restricted parking zones will be eliminated after the permitted residents moved away and the spaces are no longer needed.
